Imagine a world where customer interactions are instant, appointment confirmations are automatic, and your team can manage it all within a unified platform. That's the power of integrating WhatsApp for Business with QV Systems Accelerate. This powerful combination can revolutionise how you connect with customers, manage your operations, and ultimately drive your business forward. Let's dive into the exciting benefits this integration can unlock for your organisation!
Why WhatsApp for Business?
Available in over 180 countries, WhatsApp is now the world’s most popular messaging app, with an open rate of 99%1. It’s no wonder that the platform has quickly become a key tool for businesses to use when communicating with their customers and target audiences.
WhatsApp for Business enables you to communicate with your customers on an app they are already using, with users being able to share rich media content easily and that all-important security risk covered by the end-to-end encryption on messages. There’s little doubt that the natural and engaging ways users can communicate will provide a tool that could help improve conversions and overall business performance.
It’s estimated that the average user opens WhatsApp up to 25 times a day2, so it’s no wonder that 81% of global consumers have said they would consider purchasing a product as a result of a marketing message received via Whatsapp or SMS3.

WhatsApp vs SMS
When comparing the use of WhatsApp to SMS, the flexibility and security provided in-app has meant that the WhatsApp Business Platform is becoming the preferred channel of communication.
SMS messages are limited to 160 characters, whereas a WhatsApp Business Platform message can hold up to 4,096 characters. Additionally, the ability to send rich media content such as CTA buttons, images, videos, message templates and documents gives a more bespoke experience to users.
Esendex & QV Systems
At QV Systems, our customers had been talking about their desire to use WhatsApp within Accelerate for some time, and during customer calls our team would notice WhatsApp notifications coming in while screensharing. We knew it was the right time to start integrating with WhatsApp for Business.
After some research on the best ways to integrate with Meta and WhatsApp, the team decided to partner with Esendex. The 140-strong team at Esendex offer a variety of messaging services and integrations to businesses. QV worked closely with Ben Chambers to build a partnership, and the team were supportive throughout the development phase of the project.
The team have worked closely with Esendex for the best part of a year, and during our QV Connect 4 event held in London last month we were delighted to present the integration in full.
Users can now sign-up to use Esendex as their WhatsApp for Business provider, and any Meta-approved templates built in Esendex will pull into Accelerate. This means users can now launch conversations using WhatsApp, and replies going straight into a dedicated message centre.
Gone are the days where you are setting reminders to phone a customer, or sending endless emails and SMS messages that don’t engage with your customers as expected. Personalised interactions using a popular app that can help boost loyalty and credibility with your customers!
Here's some of the reasons we feel using WhatsApp for Business can really elevate our customers experience with Accelerate and their wider business operations:
