As a new start broker, the search for this platform began with a rigorous tender process. We asked Jonathan Wise, Founder and Operational Director at Vavoom for their experience on getting started with QV Systems, how they’ve found the functionality and where they look to take their business in the future:
“We chose QV Systems as they firstly matched our business values of integrity and honesty. Our client success manager Jeremy was honest and left no ‘grey areas’ when working through the tender process. The demo we initially received was extremely comprehensive and made our decision-making process much easier. So, while it was a close battle for a supplier, QV came out on top as we knew the platform could be scaled in tandem with our business, assisting us in managing transactions within our Contract Hire division and our Asset Finance business.
We were offered the option of consultancy to set up our system, but we chose to do this ourselves. While this may have taken us away from some early sales, we decided it was important to learn how to streamline the system, enabling us to make changes later down the line. In achieving this, the onboarding sessions with QV’s Lauren were fantastic, and the QV team have since been on hand to help with any subsequent queries. We should now, soon, be fully functional on the system!
